Bending Spoons is looking for a UX/UI Designer to create exceptional digital experiences across its portfolio of products and acquired businesses.

In this role, you'll help transform ideas into intuitive, polished experiences while collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers from concept through launch.
What you'll do
As a UX/UI Designer, you'll work across the entire product development process, combining design thinking with modern AI-powered tools.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing intuitive user experiences from early concepts to production-ready interfaces.
- Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Using AI tools to explore ideas, validate concepts, and accelerate the design process.
- Building interactive prototypes with tools such as Figma, Cursor, and Claude Code.
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout development.
- Conducting user research, testing, and usability validation.
- Measuring product performance using adoption, retention, and funnel metrics.
- Identifying product opportunities that deliver meaningful business impact.

Salary
Typical compensation varies depending on experience and location.
- London: £85,797–£250,512
- Elsewhere in Europe: €66,065–€188,848
Higher compensation may be available for candidates demonstrating exceptional experience and expected impact.
