With over 10 years of experience and 220+ team members, DaCodes partners with companies across Latin America and the U.S. to deliver high-impact, technology-driven solutions.
As part of the design team, you’ll contribute to a wide range of projects—collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences across industries and platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in discovery sessions to help define early product concepts
- Collaborating with researchers to identify user needs and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Creating wireframes, journey maps, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Designing within existing systems and contributing to evolving design standards
- Preparing high-fidelity assets and supporting the design-to-development handoff
- Presenting your work clearly to various team members and stakeholders
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Strong skills in both visual and interaction design
- Experience with complex products or B2B solutions
- Comfortable collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
