UX/UI Designer

Role Overview
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about solving complex problems with elegant, user-centered solutions. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design intuitive, engaging experiences for both web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs across platforms
• Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing
• Translate research findings and business goals into actionable design
• Work within and contribute to design systems and pattern libraries
• Use analytics and feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoff to developers
• Stay up to date with UX/UI trends and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI, Product, or Interaction Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility
• Experience designing SaaS platforms or complex web applications
• Experience designing or working with AI-powered products
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance the design workflow
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Empathy for users and strong attention to detail

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Experience in agile environments
• Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, FullStory, Pendo, or GA4
