Irth is hiring a User Experience Designer to help shape the future of their web and mobile products. Their solutions support the sustainable delivery of utility, energy, telecommunications, and media services—helping organizations reduce risk and improve resilience.
You’ll join a small Experience Team of three, where you’ll have ownership of the full UX process, from research to delivery. While you’ll collaborate closely with a Creative Director, product managers, and developers, you’ll also have the autonomy to drive UX strategy and execution.
This is a remote role, open to candidates who enjoy both strategic thinking and hands-on design work.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct user research, including interviews and feedback analysis
- Create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups
- Present concepts and designs to stakeholders
- Collect and analyze user data to improve designs
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure alignment
- Document final designs for development and QA teams
About You
- 2–5 years of experience as a UX Designer or UX Strategist (SaaS or web/app preferred)
- Proven track record designing digital products end-to-end
- Strong proficiency with Figma (components, prototyping, libraries)
- Solid knowledge of UX principles, usability testing, and interaction design
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, cross-functional team
