The UX/UI Designer will join the design team to craft thoughtful, consistent, and user-friendly experiences across Capital Rx’s enterprise products. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers, contributing to the full design process—from research and prototyping to design execution and documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Design user experiences for one or more product teams, focusing on complex enterprise SaaS tools.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure consistency across products through a shared design system.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to align requirements, goals, and user needs.
- Deliver iterative design improvements within Agile sprints.
- Conduct and facilitate user research, persona development, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Provide design QA, ensuring accurate implementation by developers.
- Contribute to the in-house design system and component library.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in a UX/UI or Product Design role.
- Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, or other complex platforms (preferred).
- Proficient in modern design tools (Figma required).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks.
- Experience with user research methods (or interest in developing these skills).
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Bonus: Experience with pharmacy benefits, medical claims, or health insurance products.
Salary & Benefits
$90,000 – $115,000 USD (depending on experience)
