The role
As a UX/UI Designer at Capital Rx, you’ll help shape intuitive, modern, and consistent user experiences across their SaaS products. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to bring user needs to life with thoughtful design solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Design user-friendly, consistent interfaces for one or more product teams
  • Collaborate with designers to maintain and evolve the design system
  • Partner with product managers and developers to translate complex requirements into clear solutions
  • Deliver iterative improvements in 2-week sprints while exploring new features
  • Conduct user research including interviews, testing, personas, and workflow mapping
  • Ensure smooth developer handoff and quality implementation of your designs
  • Contribute to the in-house Design System and maintain best practices

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
  • Proficiency in Figma (primary tool for this role)
  • Experience with SaaS, enterprise, or other complex platforms is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks
  • Ability to take designs from concept to delivery
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or claims systems

Compensation and benefits
Salary range: $90,000 – $115,000
