The Flex is a fast-growing short-term rental operator and tech innovator. From a handful of properties, we’ve scaled to an 8-figure portfolio by building our own Property Management System — now launching as Base360.ai, an AI-powered platform that helps operators run their business on autopilot. With global expansion underway, we’re looking for a world-class UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, beautiful, and high-performing product and marketing experiences.
The role
As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll turn complex workflows into seamless, engaging experiences across our SaaS product, marketing site, and customer touchpoints. You’ll work directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to design features that solve real problems for short-term rental operators — and look great while doing it.
What you’ll do
- Design intuitive dashboards, workflows, and integrations for Base360.ai
- Create high-converting marketing assets, including landing pages and demo flows
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs in Figma
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
- Build and maintain our design system for speed and consistency
- Contribute to the evolution of The Flex brand across products and platforms
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, ideally with SaaS or product-focused work
- Strong Figma skills (wireframes, prototypes, and design systems)
- A good eye for clean, conversion-focused design
- Experience working closely with developers and product managers
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to solve problems through design
