We’re looking for a dynamic UX/UI Designer who blends creativity, research, and technical skill to craft exceptional user experiences. At Statisfy, design is fueled by user insights—you’ll lead research, testing, and design execution to ensure our platform delights our B2B customers and drives engagement.
What you’ll do
- Partner with product teams to translate business goals and user needs into elegant design solutions.
- Design and iterate on UI/UX elements, layouts, and branding for our agentic automation platform.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, using insights to refine your designs.
- Create engaging visual assets and ensure brand and design consistency across the product.
- Collaborate closely with developers for accurate implementation.
- Stay ahead of design trends and tools to keep our product fresh and competitive.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ design experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
- Strong portfolio showing UI/UX depth, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch (or similar).
- Solid grounding in typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
