Scale3C, an award-winning development agency based in Vilnius, is looking for a freelance Mid+ or Senior UX/UI Designer to work on web and mobile projects for clients across the USA and Europe. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to create beautiful and functional digital products.
What You'll Do
- Define project scope with clients and internal teams
- Conduct user research and gather stakeholder input
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Design intuitive interfaces that reflect brand identity and enhance usability
- Develop user flows and optimize journeys for seamless UX
- Analyze existing products and suggest UX/UI improvements
- Present and explain your design rationale clearly
- Stay updated with UX/UI trends and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio of web/mobile app projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and similar tools
- Experience with complex technical products (SaaS a plus)
- Great communication skills with both tech and non-tech teams
- Fluent in English
- Able to commit 15–20 hours/week
