Your Impact
As a UX/UI Designer / Visual Designer, you’ll be a key player in shaping outstanding user experiences across our digital products. This role blends creativity, collaboration, and technical skill to design user interfaces that are intuitive, beautiful, and consistent. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that delight users and support business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Design user interfaces emphasizing seamless, engaging experiences aligned with our design systems.
- Create and maintain design system components for consistency and scalability.
- Design graphics, icons, and AI-generated images that match our product style.
- Develop high-quality mockups and interactive prototypes to illustrate user flows and concepts.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers throughout development to ensure design requirements are met.
- Research and tailor design systems for e-commerce sites, B2B apps, and other products.
- Identify UX/UI challenges and implement user-centered solutions to improve our products.
- Stay updated on design trends and propose innovative ideas for apps and marketing sites.
- Deepen your understanding of our products to create simple, impactful user experiences.
- Use customer feedback and analytics to refine and optimize features.
- Work effectively with global teams across time zones and cultures.
- Thrive working independently and in teams to deliver top-quality work.
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ years of professional UI design experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like Components, Auto Layout, and Responsive Design.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic/UI asset creation.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or related field.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Experience designing SaaS/PaaS products.
- Hands-on experience building and applying design systems for consistency.
- Deep knowledge of user-centered and inclusive design principles.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and eagerness to grow in this area.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.
