The Role:
You’ll create clear, accessible, and intuitive digital experiences for diverse clients. From government to healthcare, your work will turn complex systems into simple, human-centered designs.
What You’ll Do:
- Design accessible and intuitive websites and applications.
- Conduct UX research, create user flows, and design systems.
- Build and maintain component libraries using Figma and FigJam.
- Collaborate with clients and developers, presenting your design rationale clearly.
- Manage multiple projects in fast-paced, evolving environments.
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI design (B2B and B2C).
- Familiarity with government or healthcare projects.
- Deep knowledge of accessibility (ADA, WCAG).
- Strong command of Figma, FigJam, and Atomic Design.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
