Video Annotation Specialist — Robotics AI

OpenTrain AI is looking for a Video Annotation Specialist to help train AI systems by reviewing and annotating video footage of robotic arms completing real-world tasks.

You'll transform visual footage into structured training data by identifying important actions, outcomes and events according to detailed project guidelines.

This is a fully remote contractor opportunity open worldwide, with an expected duration of one to three months and compensation ranging from $50 to $90 per hour.

Previous AI experience isn't mandatory, although experience with AI training, data annotation, machine learning datasets or robotics would be particularly valuable.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be reviewing videos of robotic systems performing assigned tasks and accurately documenting what happens.

You'll:

• Review footage of robotic arms completing designated activities.
• Identify important actions, events and outcomes within each video.
• Tag and annotate footage according to detailed grading criteria.
• Use video annotation platforms to record structured observations.
• Apply project guidelines consistently across different video sessions.
• Document findings and prepare annotated datasets.
