About the Role
Campus Multimedia is hiring a Visual Content Creator to join its creative team. This position combines design, video editing, and storytelling to showcase the real impact of brand partnerships in education. You’ll produce both print and digital content, edit short-form videos, and develop creative materials that connect schools and partner brands through compelling visual narratives.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) highlighting school sponsorships and brand collaborations.
  • Design engaging digital and print materials such as social graphics, presentations, and sponsorship kits.
  • Create motion graphics, thumbnails, and carousel layouts optimized for social performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on creative concepts, ensuring designs align with brand and communication goals.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain consistency with brand standards across all assets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or multimedia production.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience producing short-form video for social media platforms.
  • Excellent grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • A portfolio showing storytelling ability through visual design and video.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in motion design or illustration.
  • Understanding of current social media trends and storytelling techniques.
  • Familiarity with education, sports, or community-focused campaigns.
