Beam Ventures, a new initiative by Web3 company Beam, is hiring a Visual Designer to support the creation of high-quality investor materials and accelerator content. As they grow their crypto-native investment fund and tech accelerator, they need a designer who can ensure clarity, consistency, and creativity across all visual outputs.
Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling investor decks, branded PDFs, and one-pagers
- Expand existing brand systems into new materials and channels
- Create internal and external assets such as onboarding kits, templates, and communications
- Collaborate with the accelerator team to define the look and feel of the program experience
- Design digital assets for web, email, and social media
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials, with support from Beam’s design team
You’re a good fit if you:
- Have a strong portfolio in layout design, storytelling, and presentation materials
- Are proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides
- Are comfortable working within and evolving existing design systems
- Work independently and thrive in fast-moving, startup-like environments
- (Bonus) Have experience in accelerators, VC, Web3, or crypto-related design
Team Structure
This is a remote-first role. You’ll collaborate directly with the Beam Ventures leadership team and act as their main designer, with access to the central Beam design team for support and alignment.
