- 4+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio.
- You can build websites and have built 10+ complex websites.
- You have a treasure of fresh innovative ideas and have a sharp eye for detail. (Very IMP!!)
- You keep the user needs first and make sure your designs are easy to use.
- You handle changes well and adjust quickly to new challenges.
- Are a team player and problem solver.
- You stay updated with the latest trends and always look for better ways to do things
And here's what you'll be doing with these skills -
- Work with product managers, stakeholders, and marketing teams to turn ideas into visually appealing websites and landing pages.
- Design user-friendly website layouts that reflect our brand and provide a seamless user experience.
- Ensure consistent branding across all designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to convey design concepts.
- Collaborate with developers to bring your designs to life.
- Conduct usability testing to refine and improve designs.
- Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes.
- Update and enhance existing websites as needed.
- Offer design support to the team.
To succeed in this role, you should be -
- Proficient in design tools like Figma / Adobe Photoshop.
- Have a strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Attention to detail. (Very Important!)
- Basic knowledge of copywriting and conversion optimization.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of SEO and how it integrates into web design.
- Familiarity with website speed optimization techniques.
- Focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly designs.
- Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Jira, or Trello.
