Fella & Delilah is growing fast—and we’re looking for a Web Designer who knows how to turn clicks into conversions.
You'll join the Growth team to design and build high-converting landing pages and quiz funnels, mainly using Webflow. This isn’t a brand identity role. It’s about execution: building, testing, and iterating on pages that move the needle.
If you love crafting smooth user flows, running rapid experiments, and constantly improving design performance—you’ll thrive here.
You’ll work closely with our CRO Specialist, Lead Designer, and Frontend Engineer. Expect fast feedback, ownership, and the chance to impact conversion rates across multiple brands.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build landing pages in Webflow and other tools
- Collaborate with CRO & design teams to spot improvement opportunities
- Create reusable components for rapid testing
- Iterate fast based on test results and user behavior
- Expand your impact to other parts of the funnel—emails, ads, and more
About You
- 3+ years of experience designing high-performing web pages
- A portfolio that shows results-driven work (not just pretty mockups)
- Strong Webflow skills — bonus if you can tweak code or use no-code tools
- You understand how design impacts conversions
- Comfortable working with growth, product, and engineering teams
- Sharp eye for layout, hierarchy, and calls to action
- Bonus: CRO or A/B testing experience
