Mindrift is looking for a talented Web Designer to create modern, conversion-focused web experiences for AI-powered projects. You'll design landing pages, marketing websites, and responsive user interfaces that combine strong visual design with practical implementation.

Working alongside AI-assisted workflows, you'll transform ideas, copy, and existing brand assets into polished, production-ready designs suitable for developers and no-code platforms.

Note: This is a freelance, project-based opportunity, not a traditional full-time position. Work availability, project duration, and earnings may vary depending on project demand and successful qualification.

Your Responsibilities

Rather than focusing on a single product, you'll contribute to a variety of web design projects by:

  • Designing landing pages and marketing websites that prioritise clarity and conversions.
  • Creating responsive layouts and reusable UI components in Figma.
  • Translating existing brand assets into cohesive web experiences.
  • Preparing organised, developer-friendly design files and specifications.
  • Maintaining visual consistency across websites, presentations, PDFs, and social media assets.
  • Reviewing layouts for responsiveness, spacing, usability, and modern design standards.

Required Skills

Successful candidates will typically have experience with:

  • Figma and modern UI design workflows.
  • Responsive web and landing page design.
  • Conversion-focused marketing pages.
  • Design systems and reusable components.
  • Developer handoff and production-ready design files.
  • Webflow, Framer, or similar no-code platforms.
  • Strong typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
  • English proficiency (B2+) and an online portfolio.

Bonus Qualifications

The following experience would be an advantage:

  • Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related discipline.
  • Experience collaborating with developers.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing design.
  • Experience creating scalable component libraries.
  • Interest in AI-powered creative workflows.

Compensation

  • Earn up to $50/hour, depending on the project and your contribution level.
  • Flexible freelance schedule.
  • Approximately 10–20 hours per week during active projects.
  • Fully remote.
  • Opportunity to contribute to AI initiatives for leading technology companies.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

If you enjoy designing clean, modern web experiences that combine visual quality with real-world usability, this role offers the chance to work on AI-focused projects while collaborating with innovative creative workflows.
