About the Role
Guidebook is looking for a hybrid thinker: a digital designer with a strong understanding of Webflow, user experience, and marketing. You’ll lead the redesign and ongoing development of their marketing website, manage the blog, and support digital campaigns.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and sales, combining creative design with performance-focused thinking to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the marketing site in Webflow (redesign, maintain, optimize)
- Build landing pages and support campaign launches
- Manage and improve the company blog (WordPress)
- Ensure SEO best practices and web performance
- Collaborate on campaign assets and brand-aligned materials
- Analyze web performance and suggest improvements
- Contribute to structured sprints and marketing workflows using Jira
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years of digital/marketing design experience
- Strong portfolio of Webflow design and development projects
- Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
- Experience with B2B websites, SEO, UX, and CRO
- Familiar with tools like Marketo, Chili Piper, Google Tag Manager
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus: Experience in smaller SaaS teams or performance marketing
In the First 12 Months
- Take full ownership of the Webflow site and WordPress blog
- Deliver new landing pages, campaign assets, and performance tests
- Create systems and reusable components to scale web design
- Help connect website performance with marketing KPIs
- Improve Guidebook’s visual identity and user experience across channels

Compensation
£60,000 to £75,000 annually, including quarterly performance bonuses.
