Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the redesign and rebuild of Guidebook’s marketing site using Webflow
  • Maintain and improve the site long-term, including technical SEO and performance
  • Build landing pages and support marketing campaigns
  • Manage and update the company blog on WordPress
  • Support martech tools and integrations (Marketo, Chili Piper, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams in structured two-week sprints (Jira)
  • Translate design work into measurable improvements in conversion, SEO, and engagement
  • Contribute to visual assets for web, social, and paid campaigns

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of digital/marketing design experience
  • Strong portfolio of Webflow work (including design systems and marketing sites)
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Understanding of technical SEO and UX optimization
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS environments
  • Comfortable analyzing data and iterating designs based on performance

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Previous roles in smaller B2B/SaaS teams where you managed multiple functions
  • Experience with marketing tools like Marketo and Chili Piper

Key Milestones

Within 3 months

  • Audit the site and suggest UX, SEO, and design improvements
  • Launch your first landing pages
  • Understand brand, tone, and web structure

Within 6 months

  • Fully own the Webflow site and WordPress blog
  • Launch campaign pages, A/B tests, and optimize performance
  • Build reusable design components and streamline workflows

Within 12 months

  • Demonstrate clear impact on SEO, conversion rates, and engagement
  • Help evolve the brand voice and systematize web design processes
  • Become the go-to person for marketing design across the team
