Position Overview: We are looking for experienced freelance website designers to work on a variety of web design projects. These projects will range from full website builds to landing pages and updates to existing websites. The ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio showcasing their website design work and must have a solid understanding of SEO and conversion-focused design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new websites and landing pages that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO.
- Improve and enhance existing websites and pages to increase user engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house team of digital marketers, developers, and content creators to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Create responsive designs that work seamlessly across all devices and browsers.
- Implement best practices in UX/UI design to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our clients' websites are modern and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a website designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Expertise in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Demonstrated experience in designing for SEO and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients in the healthcare and legal sectors.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and how to implement them in web design.

Compensation:
